FOR A 210 ml DRINKFill a glass with ice. Pour in 120 ml of apple juice. Open a 90 ml bottle of Soplica Bitter with mint and, with a decisive movement, turn it upside down and pour the contents into the glass. Garnish with a dried apple slice and a mint leaf.
