Recipe
FOR A 200 ml DRINKFill a glass with ice. Pour in 110 ml of white sparkling wine. Add slices of lemon and quince. Open a 90 ml bottle of Soplica Quince and, with a decisive movement, turn it upside down and pour the contents into the glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
