Sparkling water or 7Up to top up

FOR A 150 ml DRINKFill a glass with ice. Pour 60 ml of Soplica Lemon & Quince and 90 ml of apple juice, then top up with the sparkling water or 7Up. Add a tsp of sugar and decorate with the lemon wedges.
