FOR A 150 ml DRINKFill a glass with ice. Pour in 60 ml of Soplica Lemon & Quince and 90 ml of apple juice, then top up with sparkling water or fizzy lemon drink. Add a teaspoon of sugar and garnish with lemon slices.
