instant coffee

butter

250 g

sugar

60 ml

Coffee Soplica

60 ml

milk

120 g

dark chocolate

FOR THE DESSERT

Beat all the ingredients, except for the flour and the chocolate, until smooth and uniform. Add the flour and chopped chocolate and mix.
Transfer the mixture to a muffin baking tray greased with butter or oil.
Place in an oven preheated to 220°C and bake for 7 minutes.
Then lower the temperature to 190°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
