Recipe
FOR THE DESSERT- Beat all the ingredients, except for the flour and the chocolate, until smooth and uniform. Add the flour and chopped chocolate and mix.
- Transfer the mixture to a muffin baking tray greased with butter or oil.
- Place in an oven preheated to 220°C and bake for 7 minutes.
- Then lower the temperature to 190°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
