baking powder

handful of roasted hazelnuts

FOR THE DESSERT- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Then take the bowl out of the water bath, add sugar to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add eggs one after the other, continually mixing. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder, and again mix thoroughly.
- Line a brownie pan with baking paper (optionally) and grease with butter.
- Transfer the batter into the pan and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (top and bottom heating) for c. 30 minutes.
- After the brownie has cooled, generously drizzle it with Chocolate-Covered Hazelnut Soplica.
