Chocolate-Covered Hazelnut Soplica
250 g
dark chocolate
250 g
butter
250 g
cane sugar
4
eggs
3 spoons
universal flour
2 spoons
cocoa
0.5 teaspoon
salt
0.5 teaspoon
baking powder
1
handful of roasted hazelnuts

Recipe

FOR THE DESSERT
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Then take the bowl out of the water bath, add sugar to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add eggs one after the other, continually mixing. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder, and again mix thoroughly.
  3. Line a brownie pan with baking paper (optionally) and grease with butter.
  4. Transfer the batter into the pan and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (top and bottom heating) for c. 30 minutes.
  5. After the brownie has cooled, generously drizzle it with Chocolate-Covered Hazelnut Soplica.
