FOR THE DESSERT- Melt the butter in a pan, then add sugar and eggs. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until smooth and uniform.
- Add salt, baking powder, instant coffee and Coffee Soplica. Mix. Add chopped chocolate and flour and mix again. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Afterwards, form balls from the dough and spread them over two baking trays lined with baking paper (each should hold c. 12 balls).
- Preheat the oven to 170°C with the fan switched on. Bake the cookies for c. 10 minutes. After taking them out of the oven, set them aside to cool.
- In the meantime, prepare the icing: combine a tbsp each of cocoa and icing sugar with Coffee Soplica, until the icing is thick enough.
- Drizzle the icing onto the cooled cookies.
