instant coffee

baking powder

cocoa
1 spoon

Recipe

FOR THE DESSERT
  1. Melt the butter in a pan, then add sugar and eggs. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until smooth and uniform.
  2. Add salt, baking powder, instant coffee and Coffee Soplica. Mix. Add chopped chocolate and flour and mix again. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Afterwards, form balls from the dough and spread them over two baking trays lined with baking paper (each should hold c. 12 balls).
  4. Preheat the oven to 170°C with the fan switched on. Bake the cookies for c. 10 minutes. After taking them out of the oven, set them aside to cool.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the icing: combine a tbsp each of cocoa and icing sugar with Coffee Soplica, until the icing is thick enough.
  6. Drizzle the icing onto the cooled cookies.
